• In paper form: room C2-18 (can be left in a letter box on the door) or during office hours at the Dean's Office with the employee responsible for PhD students

For the first year PhD students:

• Confirmation safety training in a research laboratory/research group (in Polish only)
• Appointment of a supervisor (doctorate in the discipline of chemical sciences)
• Optional course selection template
